It isn't often that an item actually looks as good as the pics and the description. This one certainly does. I was so impressed that I bought another one. Whilst I haven't traveled with it yet I am confident that it will go the distance. The zips all appear to be of good quality and the backpack harness has both waist and sternum straps. It has plenty of space for boots and helmet as well as other items.

The biggest problem with this bag is that the "helmet compartment" at the top of the bag isn't really a helmet compartment. It's just another opening into the main compartment of the bag. There is a thin divider between the "helmet compartment" and the "boot compartment", but the "helmet compartment" goes all the way to the bottom of the bag.Your helmet will slide somewhere down there, and your goggles (if you put them inside your helmet like I do) will fall out and you'll have to dig for them.

If you ski, and don't have a backpack like that yet, you have to get it! The GELINDO 55L Ski Boot Bag absolutely exceeded our expectations! I have purchased it for my younger daughter, who was participating in her school ski club and this backpack was a life saver! I wasn't sure, how she will be able to transport all her stuff and this bag was the perfect solution. Everything she needed fitted in there: ski boots, ski pants, ski jacket, ski helmet plus googles, socks, gloves, scarf, hat (for afterwards), wallet, ski pass and she still had plenty of room! She also had the skis and the ski poles on top of her school bag! The Gelindo backpack was a huge help though! It survived five trips on a school bus, in the school and on a ski trip bus without any issue. It still looks like new! What I did, every time my daughter came back from skiing, I took everything out and let it dry. Because of the quite strong and thick inside lining the ski gear would not have dried.The design is also remarkable! I love the dark blue color with the white zippers and the gray details.A fantastic bargain! Don't hesitate!

Got this bag to manage all of our snowboard gear - last year was my first season with my two kids, so we had a LOT of gear to track. I ordered a few different bags and this was the best one - and most affordable! Fits two pairs of kids boots (size 13 and 2) one helmet, base layers, snow pants, gloves, gaiters, hoods, socks, etc. Ended up buying a second one to fit my stuff. It keeps us organized and makes packing for our frequent ski weekends much easier!

I get that a "Ski Boot Backpack" is going to be pretty big, but I wasn't expecting it to be as large as it is. This will hold A LOT more than ski boots, and the additional space causes the backpack to sag and feel awkward if its not filled out with more than just ski boots. My preference would be a backpack that is truly just for ski boots, and only minimal additional room for goggles, gloves, etc. I feel that more is less if you are transporting ski gear to the mountain and require a backpack for your boots. A removable solid base might also be a nice way to avoid the sagging when there is extra, unused room in the bag, and it might help with the stability of the backpack. All that said, this bag appears to be extremely well stitched and the fabric feels extremely durable. This bag, without a doubt, competes with more expensive versions that have similar specs.
