If you want to put a scope on your AK, this is the item you will need to install first. Drilling the holes to mount this is not easy either. I broke a couple of bits. I reccomend using a grinding bit, at least to start with.

The metal feels a bit cheap, especially for an optic mounting device on a gun. However, it does the job but I don't think its worth it to cheap out on something like this.

I had no problem mounting this to my PSAK47 GF3. I alway use the hex to gauge good closure while opening and closing the lever for final fit. This scope mount is a great option for the money, after 500 rounds it still holds zero. Its build is good! It’s level tight and not moving!even buy another one soon for my other AK right, it works great. everyone with an AK should try .I would recommend it，I hope this helps.

Installed this rail on a PSAK47 in order to mount red dot. Initial experience has been what one ought to expect from a simple mounting system. Tight fit, proper clearance, and nothing off center or crooked. Has held up to limited range time. I’ve got over 300 rounds on it with zero issues other than I routinely check the tightness。

My RAS-47 works it. Overall a great design. The optic fits snug on the rail. Just needed to adjust the bolt on the top of the clamping side, It wasn't hard to figure out and install. Took not long to adjust so it fit snugly and securely the the AK.The Product was as advertised. The quality and finish were fine.

I am starting to gather and collect pieces one by one for my near future toy. This is a nice addtion due to it's lightweight yet strong nature.this will fit on any(nost)picatinny rails to add that red dot or scope. Another review thought it looked or felt cheap, but I don't think so. Unless you will be in the trenches of some war, this will be good enough for that weekend or once every other month warrior, like myself. Are there better more expensive options out there? Sure, but for a beginner like my I will live and learn.
