The cable appears to be about 3" too short, will not connect to the carburator with the choke open or closed.

I researched a choke cable for a Generac XP8000E found this and ordered, upon receiving the new cable I pulled out the old choke cable, I found it was longer by 3.25 inches than the one I ordered, so I never installed the new one just packaged it back up and returned it.
