Exact Match for my 2023 GMC AT4. I did a throttle body clean and noticed the gasket was not making full contact with the throttle body surface upon reassembly. It appeared to be defective. Instead of taking the Acadia to the dealer and paying 140 bucks for the same service, I purchased this gasket instead. It is still under warranty but my time was not worth it. Doing this saved me valuable time and money. Gasket fit and sealed perfectly and my AT4 drives much better. It was identical to the old gasket. I highly recommend!
