Does not fit 700R4 in my 85 Camaro. The replacement is longer than OEM plastic original. The extra length prevents the gasket from sealing. Oh yea it doesn't come with a new O-ring seal but if it did it wouldn't seal.

It is much better made than the original, which was plastic and broke on me. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because it did NOT include a rubber gasket that goes around the perimeter of the case, preventing transmission oil leakage. I only discovered this AFTER I installed it and looked at the OEM. Now I have to take it out and re-install it with the gasket off the old one. Other than that, this seems to be very well made.
