Didn’t work as needed would not pull beach up to nozzle when working on a ladder I would send it back but I threw box away

This is the worst piece of equipment I have ever purchased. It has never worked from day one. Talked to the manufacturer, and all I got was, well I wish I could help you. This was an out of the box failure!
