This is an AWESOME swivel coupler. It arrived on time. Packaging was the typical Amazon way. Stellar. I needed a swivel coupler to connect 2 3/8" hose for the pressure washer. That way, it doesn't get kinked. At 3,600 psi 4GPM machine, this coupler has no issues. It is very smooth, slow and steady as it swivels. Its been about 2 months now and the only issue i have is that I should have purchased couple more. Besides that, I can not write anything bad about this item. I have purchase many items from General Pump. I have never had an issue with any of their products. General Pump products are a trusted brand for me. Buy this item with confidence and know you will get a great product.The only way this item can be better is to have a quick disconnect swivel coupler. Keep up the great job General Pump!!!Edit with update....7/24/2016. This item was purchased early December 2015. I've used mostly General Pump accessories. This coupler started leaking in the middle. I use my pressure washer 3-4 times a week for about an hour at a time. Every hose, accessory, or fittings have a quick disconnect. Last swivel coupler lasted a very long time. This one lasted 8 months. That isn't much time at all. Either case, I sent 2 question to the sellers asking about the warranty on this item. First message fell to death ears. Lets see what happens to the second one. hopefully they respond back.EDIT: 8/10/2016. I still have no response regarding the warranty of this product. At this point, i've decided to give up and not pursue the warranty of this product. Last night, I took it apart and noticed an o-ring was cut. It is a small o-ring. I need to figure out what size it is so I can replace it myself. In either case, I still love this product. All I have been doing is going to the bottom of my review & adding to it.I am done with General Pumps & their products. Even with the lack of support from them, I used to think they had a great product so on mid October of 2017, I bought another one. This time around, it only lasted 2.5 months before the swivel was leaking with no chance to fix it. The rubber o-ring located in the middle of the coupler was wasted. I use my pressure washer 3-4 times a week for about 30-40 mins at a time. More than the usual owners but not even close to someone in the industry.The quality of General Pumps have been going down hill since 2015. They used to sell good quality products. Not anymore. Lasting a few years has been replaced to 2.5 months now.I know my opinion will go on deaf ears from General Pumps. I know that since my emails from previous attempts resulted in a whole lot of nothing except wasting my time. The last purchase put a stamp on my belief. I was about to order a HTS2016 pressure washer pump but decided to switch to another brand. I'm saying fair well to General Pumps & all their products I own as it will be replaced as needed.
