Your cart is empty.The General Pump DHR50150 Industrial Hose Reel holds 150 feet of 3/8" hose. 185 degrees Fahrenheit Temperature, 5000 PSI, 3/8" NPT-M inlet, 3/8" NPT-F outlet. Features a direct hand-crank rewind with locking pin, solid steel construction, durable powder coated finish, full flow swivel steel joint. Assembly: 1. Connect the handle to the flange. Nuts go on handle side of flange. 2. Use (4) 3/8" or 10 mm bolts when securing the hose reel to ceiling or wall. 3. Use the provided nuts, bolts and mounting bracket when securing hose reel to a cart. 4. Use thread sealant (not provided) on inlet threads and on outlet hose (not provided). 5. Attach hose from high pressure pump outlet to hose reel inlet. 6. Attach hose reel hose to swivel on hose reel.

Ive had this reel since Aug 2021, it has been a great buy until last week when it started leaking. Ive tried to find an o-ring kit but Ive had no luck. I sent an email through Amazon to (Tool Barn) the kit they said to buy isn't the right kit {too Big} that's 23.00 dollars waster. I'm stuck at this point, not sure where I can get the correct parts.*Jun 22, 2023 8:50 AMI would try reaching out to the manufacture to see exactly what the part number is that you need.ThanksAt this point 249.00 dollars for less than one year of usage isn't worth the buy, also no parts to fix this unit. At this point I have to buy a new hose reel to get my pressure washing system back in the field.

Pros:It actually holds 200 feet of hose pretty easily.That's about it.Cons:The thread on the male piece for water inlet was painted so it was very difficult to get the quick connect screwed on.The outlet pice is outside of the reel so you have to feed it through to actually use the reel. A couple times extra hose would get caught on the swivel and stop the reel for turning. Very frustrating.The swivel locked up after two weeks of use. I contacted them and they are processing a refund, so thats good.Overall, just spend a little more. I learned the hard way.
