Material and Size
- Heat deflectors made of steel with a durable porcelain-enamel coating.
- 13 1/4" L x 8 3/4" W for each.
Function
Deflect the heat back up toward the cooking surface.
Installation Position
The heat deflectors sit just below the burner tubes.
Installation Methods
- Remove warming rack, grill grates and flavorizer bars in turn.
- Lift the old heat deflectors out of the grill box.
- Install the new heat deflectors (between the tabs) in the base of the grill box.
- Reinstall the flavorizer bars, grill grates and warming rack in turn.

Grill parts rust after seven or eight years of hard use. It was time for me to replace them - again. OEM parts, which I've previously used, are very expensive. I wanted an alternative. Very pleased with the quality of the heat reflectors and flavonizer bars I ordered for my Weber Genesis 300 grill. They were so easy to replace and fit perfectly. I turned the grill on and let it heat up to burn off any residue. Have used several times since and food cooked to perfection. These are heat and corrosion resistant and very well made. Definitely recommend.

I frequently clean the flavorizer bars and heat deflectors in my Weber Genesis II SE-335 LP gas grill and wanted to try porcelain-coated grill parts. I selected the GRILLFLAME REPLACEMENT FLAVORIZER BARS AND HEAT DEFLECTORS and they ARE MUCH EASIER to clean than the bare metal ones. These replacement parts fit well within the grill and seem to operate as well as their OEM counterparts. I have only grilled with them a few times, and the porcelain coating is fine so far... no cracking or chipping.

They are actually slightly longer (which is an improvement) but fit nicely in the grill.

Just in time for yet another flame over on the grill. Got to keep to my quarterly cleanup. The flavorizer bars and heat deflectors were due for a change out as well this time and these fit the bill and look good (black!). Initial warm-up suggests they fit perfectly and deflect/disburse heat well. No off smells from the high-temp coating, so that's good. Only thing left to do is put on some Craig Mack and start flavorizing...."Here comes the brand new flava in ya ear...the brand new flava in ya ear". Yeah Yeah!
