The Genie SLC-18 Superlift Contractor is a heavy duty material lift for construction and industrial applications with a 18' 6" (5.64 m) maximum lifting height and a 650 lbs (295 kg) capacity.
Easy Lifting, Loading, and Maneuvering
The SLC-18 has a standard base with steel forks for lifting loads up and down, non-marking 4" (10 cm) front casters, 5" (13 cm) rear casters with side breaks, and a rear transport wheel assembly. The Superlift has a hold-down bar to secure the aluminum mast during transport, glide rails for easy loading, and can fit through standard doorways.
One-Speed Manual Winch
Power is provided from a one-speed manual winch, which requires 8.5 cranks per foot (27.8 cranks per meter).

This is used in out rental business, we have had one for years and they work perfectly. Just added another aluminum one to replace a steel model that a customer destroyed. You really need two for lifting beams in construction. The design makes it really easy for one man to load and unload.
