I ordered this from the open box category, but the handle was broken where the screw thread it. It never specified that it was a compromised item...all I expected was compromised packaging. Anyway, the thread where you screw the handle on was half missing. We weren't sure, but put it on anyway, and it seemed to work, however 3 weeks later the handle broke off due to it not having enough of the threading to hold it in place. I went in to file a report, but didn't catch it within the 30 day cutoff. I'm hoping this 1 star review will catch their attention so that I can get a replacement. I'm willing to change this review if so. Just wanted everyone to know not to trust an "open box"

Was so excited to be able to replace our broken oven door handle but the one we ordered came broken. We requested a replacement and the company was quick in responding and sending us another handle. Happy to say this one came all in one piece and looks great.

I had a hard time with the price but that's about the price for it anywhere. Came on time packed nicely. Easy to install on. But it won't fit snuggly on the oven door and we can't figure out why.
