I received this item damaged. Piece of the housing was broken off by one of the screw holes, but I could still use it. Mechanically it worked fine just disappointed it was packaged with internal damage.Update, this part only lasted eight months. I ordered an after market replacement and a new blower motor. I don’t suggest using Honda OEM parts for this anyway.

worked for my Honda civic 2013 SI Sedan. had to replace the transistor because the blower died out.
