Uncomfortable to keep in between the fingers. First week of lifting without using the cutouts they worked great and after that the stitching started to curl in more and is hard keep sturdy when lifting. Grip worked well with heavy dumbbells, kettle bells, and the bar.

I bought these right before Covid hit so I never got a chance to try them on until recently and now I am addicted to exercising again most likely because I am enjoying this product so much and because they make my workout so much easier and better.

I absolutely love about these leather hand grips!! Iโve been using many different products over the years since I started CrossFit . Whatโs unique about bees and grips is That the grip is great but best of all it allows a good air flow to the hand!I am really Satisfied with this product . Well designed.
