The stock sensor is a hair longer than this replacement. The details here should mention that. I kept the shim on and my abs engagement was worse under 10mph with this new partUpdate: I am STILL getting annoying ABS activation under 10mph with these sensors. It's improved after removing the shims, and the Abs fuse has been removed 15min, put back in. These are Moog wheel hubs 2wd, that are in great condition, come with stock blue abs cables. The best solution would be to replace the hubs since they come with the right sensors.These replacement sensors measure AC Volts above 200mV when spiinning the wheel hub 1 rev per second. Within spec per the manual. Slightly different from the in tact stock Moog sensor. Im not sure why the tolerance has to be so specific

Easy to replace, no special tools needed. Fixed my intermittent ABS light from coming on, but more importantly, fixed the brake stuttering issue when coming to a slow stop.

Amazon says this won’t fit 2006 Sierra 4wd, but it fit mine. Gm parts website and rockauto both day it does fit so do your research before you decide not to buy because Amazon says it doesn’t fit.

My abs was intermittently engaging in my 2001 Silverado but no abs light on. Swapped these in and problem solved.There are cheaper ones on amazon, but for brake parts I stick to quaulity, name brand parts like AC Delco.

I had an issue with my ABS at low speed low RPMs. Filing the rust from under the sensors so the sensor could read the tone ring was just what my truck needed. Unfortunately I destroyed my old sensors getting them out. These AC Delcos are just like the factory originals and we’re a perfect replacement. No more ABS issues.

I replaced my horribly rusted and damaged rotors, calipers, and pads on my old Esky. While in there I decided to pull and clean the speed sensors for ABS. Unfortunately, the very thin metal shim was corroded and broke. I reinstalled the sensor, but now the ABS kicks in a lot. Yes, you can drive with stability disabled on the dash, but that defeats having ABS stability in MN winter with icy roads. While buying this replacement sensor, I assumed they all included the spacer shim. Nope, just the sensor with cable. Beware if you need the spacer shim too.
