In case anyone needs this info, 87106-08070 is for the driver's side. This fits an 07 Sienna XLE and similar vans. If I need the passenger side, I will purchase from this seller.

Worked perfectly. Just as described. This is the PASSENGER side air mix actuator that you access through the glove box hole.
