I tried out this tea to see if it would help with my sore throat, headache and or stuffy nose and after a few months, I’m not really sure if it helped unfortunately. It feels great to drink with hot water and it helps my sore throat for a little bit but after a while I don’t really feel any better anywhere else.I drink it with hot water and the taste is bitter and a bit salty which I don’t mind, but when it gets cold, it tastes kind of sour so I try to finish it quickly. It does say to drink multiple cups a day, so I tried that, but it was still the same thing. Personally, it kind of feels like a tiktok trending item, rather than actually helping me to feel better overall.So overall, I feel like I would only drink it to help temporarily with a sore throat, but I don’t think I would necessarily drink this if I was really sick.

Amazing flavor ( mildly lemon ) with other flavors combined. Worked well for me. I would recommend this product. They have others to choose from as well.

I purchased this tea a few years ago since I like honey and lemon and it is the best tea I have ever had. If you like lemon and honey you would enjoy this. I am not a big fan of tea that is too “herbally” tasting and this is perfect. It is not caffeinated and I drink a cup or two every evening and have not had any sleep issues. It is a cup of warmth, calmness, and joy all in one cup!

I’ve tried several teas that promise to help ease a sore throat or nagging cough. Most of the time, these teas taste terrible. (I guess I keep buying them because they do provide sone relief) Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised with the “Hey Girl Feel Better” tea. It has a citrusy honey lemon flavor that tastes good. The tea actually has a slight orange flavor, and I like that. This tea arrived just in time, with me sick at home with a cold, earache and cough. The tea is calming and relaxing, and I like the taste. I’ve got the tea on my nightstand now, along with a tea mug and my electric teapot. The ingredients look clean, and there’s no caffeine to keep me awake. It does contain decaffeinated green tea, elderberry, ginseng, ginger root, lemongrass, echinacea and stevia.

Healing from a severe sinus infection that developed after a severe upper respiratory infection. This tea is everything! It’s helping! My throat is feeling better, my sinuses are opening up to the point where I can smell the tea!! It’s soothing my cough and the best part - it taste good with nothing added! I can taste the natural lemon (I love lemon) and honey. I’m that person who adds lemon and honey to almost every other tea. This one is perfect as is. I Love It.Packaging is slim and cute and that resealable ziplock top helps me keep the other tea bags fresh.One more thing. It’s super easy to prepare. Just add 1 tea bag to boiling water, cover cup for 5 - 10 mins and enjoy. None of that heat water to XXX degrees. I’m sick, I don’t have time for all that.Note: I like my tea strong when I’m sick, so I started doing 2 bags in 8-10oz of boiling water. It was fine as instructed but I need get better fast so I can back to work people!Also it tastes good enough to drink when I’m not sick. Gonna order another and drink through the winter to try to help stay healthy. Will probably go back to one tea bag.Thank You Hey Girl 😌.
