The bluetooth connecter, I can see that I can toggle forward and backwards on the tracks playing. I see the volume go up and down on the phone's indicator, but there is absolutely no sound from the speakers. All of my other headsets work, so the problem is with this headset. I wasn't hoping for much from this set, but I at least expected it to function.

I like the product and it’s worth price. It’s good quality with bright light. I will recommend to all bikers to use it since it’s for universal helmets

I had the older A20 and the A30 is a much better headset. The mic and speaker plug is waterproof on the A30, my A20 was great for a long time until it's 3.5mm jack got water in it. That'll never be an issue for the A30. The battery life is awesome! I used the A30 for eleven hours at almost full volume and still had eighty percent of the battery left! The sound quality is pretty good in the high and low range, the they don't have as much frequency diversity mid-range. Though on a motorcycle most of us will be fine with clear vocals during Dub Steps. So I'm really impressed with this headset overall.

Microphone does not work with Voice Assistant and voice recorder on Samsung Galaxy S21. Only phone calls. Other than that it's a good product.

Reading the add for this item I was skeptical it would deliver on it at the price it’s listed for. Easy to pair and install (full face). Making a call the boom mic is super clear (my bike has straight pipes), wife had no issues hearing me. The speakers sound really good when in a call and listening to music. The lights are super easy to change or disable. I love it!
