Use fine sharpi for notes on small binder. Ink smears. Binder is not beefy enough to servie in my pants pocket Cover handles pants pocket very nicely.

Convenient four pack with different colors so you can tell what type of notes you are writing apart from the others. I use this for my ham radio activations. With a waterproof pen this easily rights and doesn’t smear. Holds up very well to wet hands and high humidity outside. Typical paper doesn’t last too long and smudges easily but this does not.

I was pleasantly pleased when I tested the paper. I ripped one of the pages out and it pulled out more then tore like normal paper. I ran the paper under my kitchen faucet to get it wet. I did wait about 60 seconds then wrote on it with a normal pen. (Pilot G-2) and then one of my rite in the rain pens. This paper did great. the regular pen wrote well but did smear. My rite in rain pen did not smear at all. Going to supplement our rite in rain note books with these. The pocket note pad is perfect for t-shirt pocket plus the waterproof is also a grate thing for people who work outside in rain or shine. If in heat environment where you sweat you do not have to worry about pages getting wet. For the money and easy to use great value
