Stainless works better and has longevity far better than the original flavor bars, this isn't the first time i have used stainless steel flavor bars, I have used stainless in a Weber grill I had years ago, I think Weber should make stainless steel flavor bars standard in their grills.

They fit perfectly and work well. I just wonder if the red hot glow will shorten the life?

The regular weber flavor bars rust out,these are stainless steel and priced better then webers.Still provide even heat distribution,fit perfectly.Great price for a great product,would buy again

Original Weber coated ceramic bars did not last very long. Ordered these stainless bars which should have greater longevity. Installation was simple and fit was correct. Used leather gloves for handling as the sheared edges are sharp enough to lacerate skin.
