As a father, I fully understand the chagrin brought by noisy toys.As a former child, I remember the disappointment of boring toys.As a percussionist, I know there's a time for for noise!I love the idea of kids finding these sturdy eggs and shaking them with joy. The sound is a little too crisp, compared to my old, well worn, black gaffer tape covered percussion eggs, but I'm sure kids are going to love them - parents, may not so much.The most common issue with these eggs are the seam separating, and I don't see these cracking too easily. I tried to pop one, and it survived, so it should last a while in little hands. There is just a little bit of texture on the surface to provide grip, so even if you're using these for a children's class environment, they will serve well.I do think I'll run them by our event organizers, just to be nice. But I think these will be great.

These guys work great for our kids choir! We have been making our own egg maracas with rice and taping easter eggs together. But the kids were pulling them apart and picking at the tape. These things are sealed and perfect for little hands! Great quality!

My kids love these - colors are vivid, plastic is solid, inside shaking beads are loud, and so far, the eggs are all durable. We love these!

We love using these eggs for music time. The eggs are filled with a rice like material that makes a rattling sound when they are shaken. We like to turn on children’s music and shake our eggs to the beat of the songs. These toys are perfect for story time, music time, and parties. The eggs would also make a perfect Easter basket stuffer. The size of the eggs is perfect for my two year old son’s small hands. Adding these toys to music time makes it so much more enjoyable and fun. There’s a lot of laughs and smiles when we sing together using the maracas. I highly recommend this toy. The price of $9.99 for an 18 pack of these eggs is fair based on the quantity and entertainment value.

Light but making a good maraca-like sound, these are a cute and colorful set of noise makers. I selected them for a group to use in a performance setting, and I'm very happy with them. I've had musician professional egg shakers before, and these aren't really of the same quality, but if you're not performing with them professionally I doubt you'll notice the difference.

These eggs are a fun way to celebrate upcoming Easter holiday. They’re perfect for tiny hands. The sound they make when you shake them is beautiful and crisp. Kids love them! I like the bold bright colors. The size is great too! Not a choking hazard and not too large either. My only complaint is the material feels cheap and thin. These maraca eggs from GIFTEXPRESS are not quite what I was expecting but will do the job. I wanted alternatives to candy and 'junk' toys for family Easter baskets and thought these shaker eggs would be perfect: Lasting appeal / less waste! Making music! Bright colors!The eggs are true to the stated description and pictures -- slightly smaller and less robust than ones you can buy in music stores. I doubt they'll hold up if stepped on because the plastic is on the thinner side. However, the kids I intended them for have small hands, and there are plenty here in case of breakage. For the price, they're a good value and should provide a few years of fun during family jam sessions.

I ordered these percussion eggs for my 8 month old granddaughter after hearing how much she loved the set they had at the baby play gym she attends. They came very quickly and in perfect condition. She immediately loved them and played with them all day. The bright colors and the perfect size for little hands makes them very appealing. The shape of the eggs keeps them from rolling too far away from her. Her 3 year old brother also enjoyed playing with them. A great toy year round but even better now that we are in the Easter season. I am very pleased so far with this product
