Came as advertised; nice to have these as a replacement. I've had no issues with the Neo thus far, but I like having these in my neo case since they take up 0 space.

The silicone is a bit softer than the original manufacturer part-which equates to a little better dampening performance than the original parts.Installation videos can be found online to easily replace your damaged isolators. It's a fairly simple affair and takes only a few minutes.Honestly, these are a "must have" item to keep on hand in your flight bag along with your other spares when out flying.
