I really like this set, but the packing caused damage to the spoon and back of fork. They were tied together and sent in a mailer bag with no padding. Unfortunately, I didn't check them over before I threw out packing. That's on me.

These are quite large and sturdy. Exactly what I wanted for serving pieces on a buffet at a party. Well worth the price.

I have a set of Ginkgo Lafayette stainless that I adore. I did not have the salad server set, so I bought two sets because I entertain a lot. I absolutely love this salad server set. I both sets a great deal because I serve buffet style to my family and guests so often. My guests always comment on my beautiful stainless, and that's because it is heavy and substantial. I admit that I take care of it, but it requires such little upkeep. I just shine it up with a damp cup towel before I use it, and it shines. I am very happy with my purchase, and I plan to buy more of this stainless for my granddaughters.

As a tool for very large group gatherings, these are probably good. For a couple old retirees, too big. We gave them away.

I love these salad servers. Although I have not used them yet, they are a substantial weight, great length, excellent quality and very pretty. It is very difficult to find nice salad servers and I am very happy to have found these.

Perfectly matches my Lafayette pattern. Other pieces are available for custom crafting at a very reasonable cost at Replacements.com. Anything and everything you can imagine in utensils can be made by them in this pattern. Worth it if you are particular about how you set your table and serve your food to guests.

These really complete the table setting - we have the rest of the Lafayette flatware and this set matches perfectly. They're just the right length and are designed to be very functional.

Product is sturdy and very attractive. Very good weight and feel in your hands when you toss. I didn't give 5 stars only because they are a little long for two hand tossing unless you have a large dish. They would be good for one hand serving.

Nice. Forks are smaller than normal, but fine. They feel heavy and the finish is holding up well. If only they weren't made in China.
