After carefully measuring my 9yo and viewing the sizing chart, I purchased the black leotard in a size 9/10. When she tried it onthe armpit area was creeping too far towards the middle of her chest (and she's small chested). Poor quality material and stitching.I should've opted for something a little more expensive. You get what you pay for.

Beautiful leotard! I love it, my daughter loves it, and we’ve gotten several compliments on it. It’s also very soft and comfortable.

The mesh and gems on this leotard make it stand out from other boring black dance outfits. My 8 year old was very excited and can't wait to wear it to class. She usually wears an 8 or 10, so I went with the 9-10 size and it fits her perfectly. I was worried when I pulled it out of the bag as it looked small, but it has plenty of stretch.One downside is that we'll need to hand wash this leotard because of the gems (and I still expect we'll lose a few gems over time). Even though most leotards say to hand wash, I typically just toss them in the washer and then air-dry. So this one will be a little more "high maintenance", but I think it is worth it.I would have given this 5 stars, but the straps were not sewn on correctly and have a twist in them. It isn't very noticeable and doesn't seem to bother my daughter, but I deducted a star due to this manufacturing defect.

My daughter has used this for dance for a few months now and it’s held up very well even in the washer and dryer. I just wash inside out and dry on low heat. It still has all the gems. Super cute!

This Leo is really adorable! I did but it a little big because she hates tight things but it still looks great and has a little sparkle she loves! I definitely would recommend
