It's important to know that this skirt is rated 5 stars based on the combination of the quality AND price.This was the CHEAPEST rainbow skirt I could find. I needed it to survive 1 evening for Halloween as my daughter was dressing up as Chucky.It served it's purpose perfectly!Now, the quality isn't bad at all... but I hate that this tutu is mini individual fabric strips in each color and not a solid piece dyed many colors. To me this was just fine for how we used it (under a jumper as a layering piece) but would not have been suitable to wear as a skirt or even to ballet classes over a leotard.Overall, it fit well, and survived to be someone else's costume next year.

This skirt was the perfect addition to my daughter's 9th b'day zoo trip!!! All eyes were on her that day!! She felt like a cool, ballerina princess!! The material is durable. Easy to put on, very bright and vivid, and she was able to move around without any problems. Great price, and the fit was perfect. This is ideal for any princesses' special day!!

Waste of money. Smells very chemically and bad quality. Not a skirt, more like little flaps down together. Piece of junk.
