Does anyone know how to make a bigger stronger flush on this toilet? It barely has any suction / strength for like 2 pieces of toilet paper.

I recently purchased this smart bidet toilet, and after a few months, a small part of the sensor stopped working. I contacted the seller, and their customer service was excellent. They quickly helped me fix the issue and sent the replacement part within a week. Their prompt and helpful responses made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

To start I loved the toilet and how strong it is. These toilet is made of bad quality Chinese parts it only lasted 2 months the company does not care about the customers. I explained the toilet leaked and damage one sheetrock wall and they don’t care. Do not buy.. for the records I am a master plumber.UPDATEUpdate review, they contacted me directly and did their best to refund my money, i tried not to accept but they insisted and also send me a new toilet, the new toilet does show improve functionality and seems to be stronger, they assured me it was a defect. Toilet is installed and working fine

Functions like a Toto and looks like Koehler but costs thousands less. Have used all of the functions and it performs flawlessly.

Toilet just stopped building pressure to flush and has backed up repeatedly with no ability to flush even toilet paper.

received the first one with a broken support that supports the tank electronics and toilet seat. this caused the seat to move side to side excessively. Probably would have broken completely with time. Contacted seller thsy were unwilling to replace. Only offered a $100 credit. Contacted Amazon and they sent A replacement.So after 2 installs and much time on phone, we finally have a working smart toilet. I would have given them more stars if they. the seller would have taken care of business.

This bidet is high quality and straight forward to install.My shipment took a few extra days so I had time to prep for install. Everything went as planned and l’m pleased with the bidet.Water pressure seems to be a little high but that could just be my local water source
