Product has been great. Minor issue where I had to find the solution on my own. This is a cost way product, they are sold for 200 less from cost way on here. I wish I would have known and saved money. No contact to the seller, cost way told me to shove it because I didn’t purchase from them. Be smart, due your research.I would recommend the product as the issue was a draining issue and it has to be routed immediately down to properly drain and not horizontal like they say.

Installation Experience:Installing the air conditioning unit was fairly simple, thanks to the clearly labeled cables. This made the setup process straightforward, even for someone who might not be very experienced with such installations. However, it would have been beneficial if the product included an outside cover to prevent water from leaking in. Additionally, a quick adapt adapter for the vacuum system before releasing freon would have been a valuable inclusion, simplifying the process further.Performance:Both the inside and outside systems run very smoothly and quietly. The outside unit, positioned right next to my window, operates so silently that I can’t hear it at all. This is a significant advantage, as it allows for a peaceful environment inside the house without the usual noise disturbance from the air conditioning unit.Overall Satisfaction:Overall, I am quite satisfied with the performance of this air conditioning unit. The installation was manageable, and the operation is impressively quiet and smooth. With a few additional features like an outside cover and a vacuum system adapter, this product would be nearly perfect.
