I bought 3 of these and two were perfect. One had a missing tie channel. I’ve called customer support and they’ve sent me the same wrong replacement part twice! I would have given it a 5 star review as they are super strong but my god this is frustrating!Update: they got me the right part after the third try without charging me anything for the part of shipping, and the shelves are fantastic!
