If you are looking to use these as a bed side night light... buy a night light. These barely light up. The marbles themselves are good, just not good at glowing.

My kids love this marbles. They love to hold them under the sheets and see the "stars" in them. Plus they take some heavy throwing around without breaking, which is good.

Got these for my son to use with his marble run (which he loves). Being able to run it in the dark opens a whole new way for him to enjoy it. They glow fine, not sure what others are complaining about. I charge them for him with a low-power UV laser, or he just uses sunlight or one of the near-UV LED lights he got with some other glow-in-the-dark toys. People have complained that these don't glow, but I'm guessing they're just not using the right kind of light source. Their appearence is like tiny galaxies, with individual glowing flecks/glitter inside. Some have more flecks than others. The glass itself does not glow, but it's a very nice effect.

they're so cute and al of my friends love them. i have them all piled up in a space rocket gumbal machine and it's definitely a win!

As part of a table arrangement with a small fountain, which was turned on only occasionally. The glow in the dark aspect was not very striking even at night after a day spent in bright light….
