Product arrived damaged, but seller was very responsive, even on Christmas, and shipped out a replacement. The product looks nice, but suffers from the same problems as most Newtons cradles. The precision of construction does not allow for the kinetic energy to be transmitted as efficiently as I was hoping. But it works and looks nice.

Ordered twice - original and replacement - Both were broken. Looked nice, but glass base was broken first time and the strings suspending the balls were broken the second time. Had difficulty getting refund because the replacement item show price as $0.00.

I think the balls are in somewhat misalignment because they don't seem to impact eachother straight on . Otherwise it is pretty to look at. Like the idea of a glass cradle. My father is a science geek.

this is the second Newton's cradle I bought for my grandson, and although it is better than the first one from another vendor, it is still not as good as I remember them being. for example, the motion lasts for 20 to 30 seconds. I'll add that this one with the glass vase is attractive and seems sturdy. I went ahead and gave it to my grandson, because I'm not willing to pay more than this for a novelty item.

Best cradle everI am a physics geek and always like kinetic toys. In high school I remember my parents got me a cradle and I loved it. However I always thought a plain dark base was boring. When I saw this one was made of glass I did not think it twice I had to buy it. The product is amazing. Top quality and the packing looks great.It come already assembled so I just had to take it from the foam box and it was readyI have already order 3 more for my kids

Amazing product. It looks so fancy. It comes already assembled and ready to be used. It looks great in my office. You can tell this newton cradle is high quality not only because of the balls and bars are stainless stell but also because the glass base has no sharp corners. The glass base is heavy and beautiful. Will buy again for sure
