Fantastic customer service! Make sure to shake and then hold the pen with the tip pointed up to let any air out that accumulated during shipping by pressing tip on a hard surface. Then turn the pen with the tip pointed down and gently press until the ink flows. This process will help to eliminate big drops of ink flowing through the tip. These are a great addition to my pen/marker collection.

Love the quality of the markers but I will say if you’re not careful, they can leak if pushed down one too many times. There are so many pretty colors. They are vibrant too!

These glitter pens actually work! Every other pen runs out of the ink super quick and your left pushing the tip in a million times. But these Hotu glitter pens are the bomb!
