While assembling my Reflex 14 kit. I made a mistake and installed the shock shafts in the wrong housing. With that being said, it was a pain getting the shafts out without scratching them. I got this to see what the hype was about. Normally I would use pliers.Fair to say, "I understand it now" I didn't have to apply much pressure at all! Install the shaft in the correct spot and hold. Much easier with these. Also These are basically the same as the EcoPower Multifunction Shock Pliers, but saves you a few bucks. No regrets and I will never use normal pliers again.

My Dad & grandpa always would say "use the right tool for the right job" and this is exactly that for shocks on my 1/8 Losi Eight. No more using regular pliers or scratching up the rods, these make work and maintenance a breeze.
