I have ordered this product twice and both of the time the product was damaged. My restaurant is in New York and I believe that the product was damaged by the shipping company. Luckily the product has a warranty so I was able to get a replacement. However, it doesn't worth ordering thru Amazon. I suggest buying it from your local restaurant equipment supplier.
