I was trying to use these to cap 13mm tubes. There's an inner section of about 11.5mm and an outer section of about 14mm. This didn't cap the end of the tube - the outer section was too loose and the inner was too small to fit.Wish it had worked for me - the product looks like good quality and at a decent price.
