I have tried many different lights as I do detailed crochet work which requires light especially in the darker evenings of winter. I also have a problem with big overhead lights even in the sitting rooms, as it hurts my eyes, so for me personally I prefer a light to be under my eyes when working as this hurts less.Out of the box this is a good light with a remote control but also a box on the wire which means if I’ve temporarily lost the remote it’s not a problem. I could not open the clamp. I did not have the strength so I had engage husbands help to open the clamp and attach it to the side of a set of ornate wooden shelves so I can use it over my crochet work.Another personal preference of mins is I like lights to be white, not these yellow or coloured lights which seem to be all the rage just now. I was very quickly able to scroll through the different light settings to find the one I wanted and what I liked even more, was I was able to intensify or dim to a degree how much light was emitted.The cable was a usb end but also in the box was a plug, just as well since all my usb sockets are used, but I did manage to find a battery bank and tried it in that and was pleasantly surprised it worked ! This gives me an option if the electricity goes out (which it does over winter)

It Clips on easily. It arrived quickly. So far I have only been able to set it to the dim setting. I wanted it brighter! I read and reread the directions, it doesn't seem to change for me from that darker 'orangy' color! With that it is not super bright at all. It did come with a remote and it is very bendable.

This is a great clip on bed light. It has an extremely strong clamp and once in place holds very well. It has pads on the inside of the clamp so the clamp doesn’t damage the surface it is clamped to. It is a good looking, discreet light.It has a 16 inch neck, which is a great size to give a lot of flexibility and can be bent into your preferred shape to direct the light. It is quite easy to bend and holds that bent shape well once you do it. The light allows you to set different types of light from a light it calls amber (that does have a yellowy/orange tint to it. It is a softer, weaker light that is fine to read by and will disturb other less. It also has a soft white light and a bright white light.It has a control on the power lead and also comes with a smart remote for controlling the light. The light can be stepped for how strong the light is (I counted 5 different light strengths) which at top power generates a lot of localised light and you can set a timer, which turns the light off after 30 minutes. The light can be folder into an out of the way position when not in use.Whilst originally I was considering this as a bedside light, I have actually found I prefer it as a light that I can use with my desk, to direct more light when I need it where I want it. Its good quality, works well, easy to understand how to use and I was pleased to see works with a powered USB socket, although the light comes with a plug adapter as well. It’s a very good light and priced very well for its quality at just over £26 pounds, with a cheaper option available if you do not need the remote.

How weird my review I had written has disappeared. I think I know why, use of a word. OK, I'll start again.This is a great light, the connector that you use to clip the lamp to the headboard is very strong, if you are of a weak disposition you will find it hard to attach.Once connected it is very bright, I am finding I can use it to read easily at night where my previous lights have not been bright enough so I am delighted. The remote control is an added bonus but for most use I will be more than happy using the in lead remote. Luckily they provide a lovely long cable from USB socket to lamp.All in all the best light I have tried. Highly recommended.

I love this bedside lamp, it's very clever and does more than I realised.The lamp itself is plyable and you can mould it into the shape that is suitable for your purposes.It is controlled by a switch on the lead and a remote control. There are three different colours and you can adjust the brightness of each one. Plus you can switch on a sleep timer to save wasting electricity if you fall asleep.

This is quite a large lamp and has a good light output. There are options to change the brightness as well as the colour temperature and this is easily done using the supplied remote. It is worth pointing out that the lamp is powered by USB and not using mains. However a USB adapter is included. In use the lamp is flexible and stays where you put it. The cable length is generous and overall it’s a good lamp.Happy to recommend..

The lamp comes very well packaged. Easy to use. Versatile; you can attach to headboard, desk, table... almost everywhere considering size of the clip which isctrue to the size advertised. The adjustable brightness (5 levels) and color temps (3) are a plus for me. You can easily adjust depending room and ambiance and task at hand. No harsh uncomfortable brightness. Remote control is a smart addition and easy to use. The Auto off timer is another feature that will make sure light is off if you are using it right before bed. USB powered adapter and cord are included and will make the charging process easy (no need to be scrambling around to make sure you have the right voltage). Flexible gooseneck that can be adjusted as you wish and it will stay in position. Long charging cord also a plus. Light and easy to move around. Works fine for the price.

I love this little lamp.Ok so here's the nitty n the gritty!1. It's led and has brightness function on it and oh does it get bright as heck!2. It comes with a remote control.Yes, you can lay in bed and turn this bad boy off n on!!3. Clip is heavy duty and so much so that it took my significant other opening it and clipping it onto something for me. Hey, listen you might be thinking how can I use this is a stronger person needs to be able to use the clip? Well I just couldn't open it wide enough that's all for the area I choose to put it on. The table is awkward and he's much much stronger than me being a women up there in age. Let's face it the clip can be a yay or a nay for some but think of it like this. The clip is so strong indeed this puppy isn't falling off where you put it. I tried to put this on an out door glass table and believe me I use this as a desk inside. He added cardboard from the box it came it to give it the sturdiness because this table stinks. This table isn't a real good table and this lamp stays put and then some.4. It has changable brightness bases on your activity low high and yellow.Yes it turns to a reading mode!5. It swivels and stuff. It's bendable and moveable and junk. Yeah I know! I can use it at an angle I want for me! This would be a fantastic sewing light, reading light, box, building light. This light is not full spectrum and not usable for plants. They will die it's just a white l. E. D.6. Comes in different colors.7. Sturdy and durable. Yeah I like the quality on this baby. Man I'm hard on stuff but I think this is gonna last me for some time to come.8. Remote comes with it but the cord has a remote if you lose or break yours!9. Cords length is decent so enjoy.10. Cool name. Has nothing to do with product. I just like products with cool names. But it's very modern looking.11. This is a great lamp. Highly recommended.It has 3 different color options (white, warm white, and yellowish) and adjustable brightness. The lamp remembers the color and brightness between uses. I found the warm white color perfect for reading.The power cable is built-in and connects to the included 10W USB-A power adapter. The cable is 6' long with inline controls about 22 inches from the lamp.The inline controls are good, but the remote is fantastic. I like not having to reach and find the inline controls. The remote also this lamp can be used in places where the inline controls can't be accessed.The clip is quite strong and has pads that are pretty thick and strong, but the ones on my clip weren't positioned great and fail to prevent the furthest edge of the clip from digging into my headboard. I'll have to try adjusting the pads (they don't come off easy) or affix additional padding. I didn't deduct a star because I'm not sure this will effect everyone and I like the light a lot.The neck of the lamp is quite stiff so holds position well, but isn't a miracle worker, so won't prevent droop in all positions.

I use this light for reading in bed at night before going to sleep. It clamps onto my headboard and I can reposition the placement as needed, or adjust the bendable gooseneck pole/stand to get the best angle of light.You can adjust the color and brightness. This works really well for when I want to read before bed, as my eyes are light sensitive, and having a bright light prevents me from getting sleepy. There is a reading setting on the remote that is the perfect color and brightness to help me read a paper book without preventing my brain from going into "low power mode" to prepare for sleep.I like having a remote so that I don't have to get up to shut the light off. It also has a 30 minute timer function to set it to shut off automatically.It has a USB power cord and comes with a wall outlet adapter if you need to use a USB outlet for power.It has a ton of features and is a reasonable price. As long as you have something to clamp it onto you'll have the perfect reading light.
