What Are Diffraction Glasses?

Used these to go as an LED rave ghost and it made the whole rave experience even better than one would ever think possible! The reflective tint on the front side of these glasses were just what I wanted to complete my look, and the diffraction effect they have on light was much more enhanced than other diffraction glasses I've tried in the past! Not to mention the quality of these glasses was better than expected and more durable than I anticipated them being based on the reviews I read before purchasing them. Definitely loved these glasses and will be buying another set!!

Die frontseite der Brille sowie das Gestell sind echt gut verarbeitet und sieht super aus. Schaut man in die Innenseite ist man erstmal verärgert! Mega schlecht verarbeitet....die Effekt-Folie ist echt schlecht geklebt...an den Rändern ringsherum überall blasen.Der Effekt ist aber deutlich zu sehen!Bis auf die blasen, ist es eine coole Brille.

Honestly I’m very disappointed in these. They put a film on the glasses to give them the effect. But the film they put on is cheap and won’t last very long. My cheap 9 dollar glasses don’t have that flimsy film and are way better and I’ve had them for years.I figured since these are more pricey they would be better quality but nope. Very disappointed.

The build quality is great. I don't see these breaking for a while. The plastic that goes on the lenses was a little bubbled around the edges, maybe I'll post pictures later. It doesn't effect the visuals. The visuals are pretty cool, there are 8 directions of diffraction, with only one ring. If you look at one light you'll see a diffraction of it above, below, right, left, and at all corners of it. Those are the only differactions. It does have a cool kaleidoscope effect. They aren't the best differaction glasses I've ever worn, but for a set that doesn't have clear lenses they're pretty dope.

Great glasses! The diffraction looks great at light shows, concerts, raves etc. The mirror effect looks cool too, no one can see your eyes. The only drawback is that wearing these glasses can make it difficult to see what's around you (especially during raves) because there's a slight tint. If you want to avoid the tint, i reccomend you go with the non mirrored version.

These glasses are the bomb! I received them within a week after purchasing them. The diffraction is great, splits every light that you see through the glasses into every color in the spectrum, while also making somewhat of a kaleidoscope effect. This works best when either you or the light is moving. The only downside to this effect is that you will not be able to see around you (excluding the pretty lights) if you are in the crowd at a rave for example. This can lead to bumping into several people, like I did the first time using them. (I recommend rocking them almost librarian-style, low on the bridge of the nose so you can see around the frame of the glasses)the mirrored outside is great, a perfect mirror, really. Nobody will be able to see your eyes. Trust me. They are of solid construction, much better than the disposable type of paper framed diffraction glasses, and completely worth the money. I highly recommend them. The only reason I cannot rate it as a 5 star item, is because when you wear them at a rave dancing can become difficult, because you won't be able to see the people around you. All around, the best set of diffraction glasses out there that I have worn. GLO HARD!
