I had many HDDs scattered around, now they all reside neatly within this box. It's a good option for long term storage, sturdy and good looking.

very cheap made but it will do the job , not worth the 38 it cost cause it prolly had 25-50 cents of material in it but it will protect your hdds decently enough , looks and feels like something id pick up at a yard sale for a dollar or two , but if you need something to protect your hdds go ahead and get it itll work just fine for it the styrofoam thing inside the cheaply made aluminum box will fit your hdds nicely down inside it with no extra room for a anti static bag on them , tight fit but it works well

This is a Great Case for 2.5" & 3.5" Hard Drives. I needed multiple cases since I build and repairs computers. I really like this case except for the handle which I don't trust enough to pick up the case by. The handle is only made out of plastic, I wish it were made of metal. Other than that it is an awesome case and all my hard drives fit perfectly and stay protected.

I got this understanding it's NOT a road/flight case-it is not. My ONLY concern was that if it had a layer of foam cushion on the bottom interior-it DOES! That will secure from any small "accidents'.The case is great for organizing, instead of M_2 SSD's I keep my utility flash drives in that slot. And the top foam layers "secures" the drives when being moved. I'd travel with it all day privately, or doing field work, checked baggage? NO! What it does, it does great!

It's a good case for the price it does not hold them very securely because they move around a little bit it's not a tight fit but does the job to keep them safe

For the price is can't be beat!! I plan on filling it and using it for storage with only occasional movements of it.It sure beats using the thick bubble wrap enclosures hard drives are oftentimes shipped-in, which I was doing until this case arrived. Hard drive cases made for single drives were less bulky, but too expensive on a drive-by-drive basis. For me, this case is a superb alternative. However, I wouldn't completely fill it and expect to use it to consistently/constantly "haul" HD's around. Full, it is weighty. Although I haven't tested it, I question whether the latches that hold the top closed and the top's handle would hold-up as a suit-case type carry-all. If that's needed, a much, MUCH more costly flight-type case would be recommended.

For someone who needs a singular and safe way to store and retrieve their back up hard drives easily this is the way to go! (Also if you just need a way to safely transport hard drives!)I felt like this was a bit expensive but considering it was the only thing that was exactly what I wanted I pick this thing up and I have not regretted that decision. It’s sturdy, and has room for multiple hard drives and to my surprise it also has room for multiple solid-state drives as well. The padding is very nice and hasn’t fallen apart and I expect it to last for many years to come. (I’d say about 10 - 20 years or longer with how often I access it, every 1-2 months.)I generally use it to store hard drives with back ups so that in case of an emergency I have one place to grab all my digital stuff and go.When I got my hard drives I cut the tops of the antistatic wrapper and slid the whole thing into the slot in the box, which not only should help protect the foam from ever getting destroyed, but it should also help keep my hard drives from picking up any possible static. I did not read to see if the foam had anti-static properties but I will probably continue using the antistatic bags the hard drives came with if just to keep the edges of the hard drives and my finger nails from tearing up any foam.I should note that the foam that is used for the dividing walls is very thick and dense foam and it has a good amount of give so it shouldn’t crack too easily and has a very nice soft texture to it so it shouldn’t scratch anything either. The foam for the top of the box is not very dense and could tear easily but has a good amount of give that causes it to conform to the tops of the hard drives and helps hold them in place better, protecting them from horizontal forces when dropped. The foam for the top of the box is not very dense and could tear easily but has a good amount of give that causes it to conform to the tops of the hard drives and helps hold them in place better, protecting them somewhat from horizontal forces that may occur as a result of bumping it into doorways or drops.Just in case I didn’t make this clear: hard drives do not come with this product. I’m simply sharing how I use it and what I noticed about it so that you guys can decide if this review helps you or not.Overall I love this and love that someone make something like this and might want to pick myself up a second one in the future just in case I need an impromptu Christmas present for someone I know or just need the extra space myself.Again, I felt like this product cost a little bit much
