The fit and finish is a bit to be refined. Mostly the alignment. No matter how I installed it the handle could not be installed straight and always has a twist. Minor detale but should be straight. Most people would not notice but I see it.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the pins that came with them to install didn’t seem to grab well enough, but I just used by the factory pins from the handles and problem solved. Would buy these again if needed

So I bought this some time ago (yes I procrastinated) because it said it fit my 2011 Avalanche, so I thought for the price what the heck I’ll give it a shot..long story short even after selecting my model of truck in Amazon Garage this still populated. I finally go to put everything in today and realized this particular handle ALTHOUGH seems to be pretty good quality does not replace my latch now as mine has a backup camera and automatic lock function. Make sure you have already looked at ur orig handle and order accordingly

The latch in my 08 chevy silverado was failing. I had to slam it shut multiple times before it would stay latched. I thought it was going to be difficult to fix and put it off. I finally got around to googling it. A short youtube video later, I was willing to give it a try. Ordered this replacement and it was a very easy fix. Took about 10 minutes tops and it's good as new.

Handles fit but are loose and don’t self center also the handles don’t match the caps just really poor replacement

Fixed my failing tail gate that was hard to latch shut perfectly. It kept falling open. But not anymore. It closes and latches shut really easy now. Thanks. Great product! I’m happy!
