The ARTWIND light up baseball arrived in a small box, well packaged and no damage noticed. Upon opening the baseball looked of nice quality and the leather was wrapped tight with red laces, stitched as normal baseball. The weight of the ball was normal to a regular baseball. The feel of the leather was a little bit different then a regular baseball, and the color was slightly off as you can tell it has some glow in the dark qualities in the daylight. The glow lasts a long time depending on how long it is charged and from what source. I noticed that UV and blacklight does enable a brighter glow then regular florescent lighting and sunlight. once the ball loses some glow properties after a couple hours you are able to recharge it with your phone flashlight so that is convenient. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase, it is fun for the kids to use and helps with seeing the ball at those dusk times in between daylight and nighttime before the ballpark lights come on.

This is a decent baseball overall, with a solid feel and okay stitching. The glow function is about what you'd expect, requiring a good amount of light to get it very bright, with it slowly fading over about 5-10 minutes. After that you'll need to "recharge" it with more light. It's really more of a novelty than an actually useful baseball, but it is fun.

As the days grow shorter into the Fall months, I've been looking for a solution that would allow my son to continue to safely play baseball into the evening hours. We've tried some of the LED light up baseballs. While I like how this glow in the dark ball feels more like a real baseball, it does have some drawbacks. Firstly, you don't really notice the ball start to glow until it is very dark outside. It does very little to improve visibility during the dusk hours. Also, during normal play, the ball gets dirty and scuffed, which also limits the amount of "glow" that it puts out. While this ball is cool in concept, it comes up short in delivering on expectations.

The baseball really does glow in the dark…perfect for 12 year old grandson who loves the game. It’s fun for him to get outside in the dark and throw the ball with his dad and brothers. I left it sitting under a lamp for a few hours and it soaked up the glow!

This baseball is good for younger kids learning the feel of a baseball. It's really fun that it glows in the dark. It seems to be durable, too.

How did I not know that these glow in the dark baseballs existed? This is finally our solution for late summer evening catch games that get a little too dangerous as the sun sets. Just make sure to leave this thing outside so it can absorb all the light you'll need. The baseball feels great too. I prefer this lighting solution because there are no onboard electronics to break or get in the way. This thing is amazing. Highly recommended.

This is a fun option when wanting to toss the ball around at night. It’s the right size and seems very durable. It lights up like a normal glow in the dark item. It only lasts about 10 mins or so before you need to put it under a light and recharge it. Overall my boys have been having fun with it especially when went camping.
