This thing looks innocent enough—small, unassuming, lightweight. Then you get on it. One hamstring curl in and suddenly you're questioning every life choice that led you here. That said, it glides super smoothly, feels very sturdy, and doesn’t skid around during use (which is great because your dignity is already on the line). It's also surprisingly versatile—I’ve used it for hamstring curls, core work, and some evil ab rollouts that made me reconsider dessert that night. If you're looking for something to truly light up your posterior chain (and your soul), this little guy delivers.

The equipment is solid! I love how versatile it is, you can use it work out your core, abs and hamstrings. It's compact, you can just slide it under the couch to store. Great value for money!

This is definitely a niche item, but if you are looking for a new way to attack your hamstrings or your abs, this works nicely. As an ab-roller, it is what I would term a beginner's ab-roller. By its design it is very stable, which means it doesn't demand that your muscles provide the stability of a traditional ab-roller, so it doesn't work the muscles as much. That said, if you are just starting off in the world of ab-rollers (or of working out in general) this is fine. It does the job, and you'll get use out of it. Eventually, however, you'll want to graduate to a single-wheel ab-roller.Where I have found it really useful, however, is as a hamstring roller. Lie on your back, get your glutes up off the ground and then roll this in and out with your heels. It has a v-shaped wedge in the middle that your heels fit into, and it will definitely bring the burn to your hamstrings. Again, if you have dumbells or a barbell, you can already work your hamstrings, but it is nice to have some variety, and hamstrings tend to get overlooked. It comes completely assembled, which is nice, and it is really well built. The welds are solid and the wheels are a nice, heavy rubber. The bearings on mine were absolutely smooth and silent and I anticipate it lasting a good, long time. This is the sort of thing that would be easy to cheap out on, but it feels like the company here has decided to try and make something that will stay together for a while. If something fails prematurely, I'll come back and update. But for now, after a few days of using, I like having it in my home gym. It is heavy-duty, but lifts up and stores out of the way (because it is quite thin) easily. And while I am going to continue to use my single wheel ab-roller, I will absolutely be using this guy to attack those pesky hamstrings. In fact, I used it this morning during my workout and I can still feel it. Niche, yes, but still recommended.

Solid, one piece of metal. Had nothing to assemble and it’s rock solid. The wheels are amazing on this too. Way over built with rubber traction on the tires. And they are buttery smooth. Very easy to control and if you add a tie down strap and carabiner you can easily strap it to your cable machine for things like resisted hamstring curls or even a low budget rower/leg press. It’s built as well as it possibly could be built. As it’s coming from a name brand company. I’ll be keeping my eyes out for more gear that they will manufacture going forward because if it’s anything like this, it’s a winner

My hands are pretty big and was able to grip it well. It has a moderate weight to it, not heavy at all and very easily carried. The narrow shape makes it pretty easy to store as well.Construction is steel and feels very solid. Most importantly (for me), it works great even on medium thick carpet floor so it's great for people working out at home with carpet floors. I thought the wheels would have problem rolling on medium thick carpet in my apartment but it rolled with ease and gave my abs a tough session and reminded me I need to reduce my belly fat. Thanks. It definitely feels much harder than a Barbell Rollout using a conventional bar because the height is much lower without the use of weight as rollers. The design itself is intuitive enough in where you'd grip and what you can do with it, I think; at least for people semi-experienced with exercises. Versatility wise, not a lot of exercises you can do with it but for what it's designed for it does it pretty well.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review through the amazon vine program. This is a versatile and well-built piece of workout equipment. It is strong and can support weights of up to 500 lbs. It has a steel frame and wheel in the corners that allow the user to roll back and forth. The workouts seem to be more core and lower-body focused, but there are a lot of different exercises you can do.It is good for abs and glutes. You can kneel down and grab the frame and then roll forward and backward by contracting and relaxing your abs. You can also focus on your glutes and hamstrings. Alternatively, you can put your feet onto the frame and do a bridge with your hands behind you and go back and forth for a good full leg workout.I have had it for a couple weeks and I do think I will keep using this as part of my workout routine.I think for the quality and multiple uses, it is worth the retail price.

I am a sucker for anything that will help with ab work. Why? Because I hate ab work. Anything that makes it more interesting than a plank :P This is a fascinating tool! I am 5'4" and weigh 150 (working on that) and this thing is heavy enough that I can hold onto the closest rung and push out without it "flipping". It works just like described! The V groove in the middle is very comfortable to place your heels in for hamstring slides as well. The wheels remind me of inline skates - they are very smooth moving. I have been using this on an area rug as it can move so easily the hardwood was a little too slippery for me. It works great! Now I just need to use it consistently....
