Received in box with hardware tie-wrapped to part. Very good fit and match to existing tailgate holes. Drilled 3 additional holes and installed self-tapping metal screws and washers in base as no fasteners or holes there, but needed in order to keep lower border from popping up. Appears very durable and had what appeared to be “Genuine GM Parts” sticker attached.

This is a great, ready to install product for my truck. It was super simple to install, fits well, and included the correct hardware. The only thing that was off was that it did not ship in a box, more or less it was just the tailgate protecter with a shipping label stuck to it and the hardware and paperwork taped to it, so there is a slight risk of losing the hardware during shipping, but I won't knock a star off for shipping practices because this is a great product overall and I am very pleased with it.

Installation was very easy, but the one I received was trimmed to final size poorly, and nothing had been deburred. Also due to the mounting design, the edges do not sit flat on the tailgate. Disappointed, but it will work for my needs.

Junk. Fits and easy to install but it's loose at bottom. Not very sturdy at bottom. I put it on and took it back off

Great product. I found the mounting screws were too long and did not mount the liner well. I used the original screws from the tail gate instead.Just add some washers that you can paint black and get a much tighter mount.
