This item is 7 inches short, it does not even make contact with the oil level in the oil pan.Website describes as OEM item but it is not. I will return it

Replaced the flat one that breaks and scrapes the tube with this one. FYI it’s shorter over all but the distance from the stop to the checkered area is the same.
