Looks like a genuine GM part but it comes from PSA Group, which sells OEM parts in Europe. It doesn't come in the usual light blue GM packaging. It looks like the OEM part and it is made in Germany. For $49, it is a good purchase. Matches the picture on Amazon.

Leave it up to a manufacturer to sell you only part of the actual part you need. The one nut that's pressed on as if you're supposed to be able to easily remove it, doesn't come with the pipe.Attempting to remove the original nut from the old pipe would damage the fitting and seal that's inside of it.Better off using the original ones if they're not leaking.

Worthless! Doesn't fit a 2014 Buick Encore, which this claims to be made for. This is too long and the curvature is wrong. It goes in a tight spot in the car, so even if I felt like modifying this part to work, it would never fit.Of course, I did not discover this until my car was completely taken apart and undrivable, with the entire catalytic converter and turbo off and the coolant drained, so I had to find someone to give me a ride to a GM dealer to get a FUNCTIONAL part, which fit perfectly. This part not fitting meant my repair took three times longer than it should have! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!The GM part is like $35 and needs a seperate and expensive fitting. It might be highway robbery, but this is NOT an alternative. You'll just have to pony up and buy the stupid GM part.
