Roof rack adapters mount easily onto factory rain gutters with just simple hand tools (no drilling required) - precision manufacturing tolerances and exact fit design ensure a no-hassle installation process. Kit includes four brackets plus all necessary mounting hardware, fasteners, and nylon paint protectors for a damage free installation (Surco Safari/Adventure crossbars and/or roof rack not included - adapter kit only). For just over $110, I expected a lot better. I am missing two bolts (have two more long bolts when the short bolts are specified in the instructions) as well as all 16 washers. On top of the missing hardware, almost all of the bracket pieces have either scratched or scuffed paint. Down to the bare metal in some cases. I would understand if this was the case for something half the price, but for over $110 and to have this kind of quality, I feel ripped off.The instructions were also for the GM100 model (5-1/2") but it's the same bracket, just shorter.
