You get what you pay for or maybe I'm just unlucky this go around, should've just put more money to a better brand. Had the converter for only a few weeks and have to buy another do to having 80% slip while driving, take off is very sluggish. Just a FYI, don't flush your money down the toilet

Reached out to seller with concern, yet would not offer to resolve my issue. The coverter i believe was damagef in delivery or defective. The converter would not slide into transmission easily as designed. Its believed the snout is bent or deformed. Huge risk buying from them even though they offer 2 year warranty.

Failed with less than 20 miles on it. Remanufactured just doesn’t mean the same thing as it used to I guess.

Not what is advertised. I received a gray converter with a sticker barely stuck onto the outside edge. Installed it with my freshly built 4l80e in my 2002 chevy 2500HD that I use for towing, and it doesn't work right out of the box. The converter is not putting any torque into the input shaft. Transmission has great line pressure, EVERYTHING inside of it is new, and has excellent flow through the cooler, I can feel the transmission engage into reverse and drive when I shift it, but the truck will not move no matter what I do or how much throttle I give it. I just hope the defective converter didn't send metal all through my freshly built transmission.I'm out the price of the converter, the time to install the transmission, the time to remove and replace the transmission and converter with a new one, not to mention the 4 days of diagnosis and down time, plus however long it takes to get a replacement converter somewhere else.Super frustrating and disappointing. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

Great for daily driving!I was blown away by the quality of this converter! I have had problems in the past with other companies, and this is the first one I've gotten from TCC! 10 stars out of 5! Stalls perfect, perfect lockup!

Hate when the advertised product looks nothing like the actual thing makes me question the product as a wholeUpdate: while the look isn’t as advertised the performance is so far no complaints in the performance dept.
