Bend at your own risk, lol. This metal is so weak it's pathetic, any tweak will break the pedal so be aware!! If you have a piece of flat metal laying around you're better off cutting it out and making your own pedal or even get a piece of wood and stick a bolt through it would be stronger than these.

I like the price and simplicity and that it came with nylon lock nuts, but they were a little smaller than expected, could have been about 10-20 percent larger in size.
