The lead tip on the cable was too big to fit thru islet of throttle. Nipped it off, then of course the cable frayed. My last cable had a hard solder tip to keep from fraying.The steel end that clamps under clamp in front of throttle should have a shoulder in it

This throttle cable is a perfect fit for my go kart build it has a nice adjuster to take up any slack and mounts nicely on the pedal end seems to be of good quality and should last a long time also is very easy to install A++
