I have not yet made a tart in this pan, so I cannot speak to how well it actually works. This review is about the stickers and tape on the pan itself.OMG. It took me at least three applications of Goo Gone and some serious elbow grease to get the residue from the stickers and tape off. It seems like maybe it's old stock, because the main sticker on the pan appeared to be one that should peal off easily and has printing on the back, however it was so stuck to the pan that even after cleaning the sticky all off, there is still red from it on the pan. The tape holding the removable bottom to the sides was extremely sticky and left a terrible residue on both pieces.Based on the other reviews, I anticipate I'll be happy with the pan, however I absolutely would not buy another packaged like this because of the amount of work cleaning them took. (I was going to make a tart before work today and instead wasted all that time cleaning the pans instead.)

I spent many months pondering over this pan and trying to justify paying this price over competitioner’s. I wanted a quality pan and decided to bling on it in Jan. 2019. I love this pan so much that I actually forgotten how much I paid for it. Looked it up...$18 plus change. If you are thinking of this pan...GO FOR IT. This is made of Tin so it will NOT be strong like Steel but it is a quality pan. I handwashed it with soap & hot water. So far, nothing has stuck to it. Comes out clean every time but I do grease the inside of the pan. I always slide my baked good off the removable bottom before slicing.

I LOVE THIS PAN!!!take care to keep it in pristine condition by avoiding sharp knives on it. The center part is wide enough to be lifted out of the edge with standard size cans (like corn, green beans, etc)Comes with complete and in depth care and cleaning instructions.French quality tart pan - an excellent investment.

Excellent pan. Just as described. The right size for an impressive tart for 8-10 ppl. Tart baked evenly and slipped out of the pan effortless. Have never had a bad experience ordering from Golda's Kitchen via Amazon. Products always top quality & promptly delivered.

The rectangular fruit tart is so much more impressive than the round one. It has the wow factor when you serve with custard and fresh raspberries/ blueberries on top.You do want to have a long enough sheet pan to catch the dripping if there is any, or just a piece of parchment paper will do the work. Now if I only had a long rectangular serving plate, I wouldn't have to serve the nice tart on my cutting board.... but hey it had that rustic look. :-)

I found a recipe for a tart with these dimensions that sounded really delicious - and it is. The attraction to this shape is the easy of guests to serve themselves a nice slice of tart - or a sliver - without making the whole thing wonky. The tart comes out cleanly with perfect edges. It cooks evenly and washes beautifully in the dishwasher.I've made 4 tarts in this pan since purchasing it and plan to make many more.

Nice tart pan, but I'm giving 4 stars because it's just a little flimsy...I'm afraid it will bend easily. It cleans well, and I made a beautiful tart with it!! Be careful when washing it, the edges are very sharp, and I have a nice cut on my finger to prove it!! :)

This pan is so easy to use and produces gorgeous results. I just spray it with Pam and everything I bake comes out easily. The shape makes for very easy slicing. A favorite recipe is a healthy graham cracker crust with yogurt cheese filling and fresh berries - looks so beautiful the family has no idea they're eating healthy. I wasn't sure I'd use it much but have been using it at least once or twice a week and even ordered a second pan to accommodate larger groups. A reasonably priced great addition to my bakeware.
