I ordered two kits and the installation was easy.One had a defective wand and dripped constantly.I called Amazon Support and after some troubleshooting steps they offered to reorder and provided a Return label for the defective unit.

If you have ever used a spray bidet, this one works very well. Having lived internationally I believe in them.

I like this product, but the area of small holes (where the water actually comes out/nozzle) is constantly dripping water. I have to hang it over my bathtub rather than actually mounting it to the wall. I was worried about leaks in the hose, or around where the different pieces connect, but the actual leak I have was unexpected.

It's fine , no leaks . The only negative is the diverter valve does not reduce or cut the water pressure so it's always strong .
