Godspeed Project's MonoSS is our one entity in our family of single-adjustable coilover suspension kits. These coilovers are designed to be a streetable race built coilover at an affordable price. It features a monotube damper that is made out of a carbon seamless steel 52mm tube with a performance internal piston providing maximum damper response. The cold-bent springs are made from high strength SAE9252 steel to optimize the balance between performance and comfort. Using race quality shock oil, Godspeed Project can guarantee exceptional damper performance at any temperature on and off the track. The top of the shock is attached to the car using a high quality top hat that features a high performance Japanese KOYO 6204Z bearing pillow ball mount (when applicable). The bottom shock brackets are made out of a T7075 forged aluminum or carbon steel brackets for lighter weight without sacrificing durability which also includes brake line brackets (when applicable). The MonoSS offers 16 level of damper adjustability which can be set to your preference.

I got these for my 2011 Mini Copper S R56. They were very easy to install and the ride quality is great. I adjusted them to the middle and they feel much better now. They are easy to adjust the only bad thing is the rear adjustments you can’t access the adjuster without taking removing the coil over off.I still need to make some final adjustments as I am getting new wheels and tires but overall they are very good for the money

Performance is good. I've had them on for about 7 months. Taken them to one autox event where they did fantastic! I daily drive my mini so I had the firmness adjusted right in the middle and they still did road bumps ok. I also drive a lot of windy roads in N cal at... completely legal speeds. Only have 2 complaints with adjustability:1- rear damper adjustment requires taking springs off to reach top (unless you want to drill holes in the frame to reach from above)2- height adjustment after not adjusting for 5 months was so stuck in back that it required 2x 24" pipe wrenches and a healthy disregard for damaging nut and lower housing. If you're driving your car as a daily be aware, they WILL freeze in place.Overall would buy again.

The only mod necessary was the cutting the top of the strut mounting tower, no big deal there. And once they were installed and set up on an alignment machine, the car handled like a go cart. Good quality workmanship however the instructions could be better. The adjustable front lower area are include, but you will need adjustable rear lower arm as well. Installing those is a bigger job then installing all that is supplied.
