Godspeed Project's MonoSS is our one entity in our family of single-adjustable coilover suspension kits. These coilovers are designed to be a streetable race built coilover at an affordable price. It features a monotube damper that is made out of a carbon seamless steel 52mm tube with a performance internal piston providing maximum damper response. The cold-bent springs are made from high strength SAE9252 steel to optimize the balance between performance and comfort. Using race quality shock oil, Godspeed Project can guarantee exceptional damper performance at any temperature on and off the track. The top of the shock is attached to the car using a high quality top hat that features a high performance Japanese KOYO 6204Z bearing pillow ball mount (when applicable). The bottom shock brackets are made out of a T7075 forged aluminum or carbon steel brackets for lighter weight without sacrificing durability which also includes brake line brackets (when applicable). The MonoSS offers 16 level of damper adjustability which can be set to your preference.

For some context, one of the primary reasons I purchased these are because they were much cheaper than OEM options(rear struts broke).Build quality is good, but not excellent; exceeding the quality of the factory struts. The included sway linkages and front camber plates are very nicely machined, I will add.Installation was easy, good fitment. One gripe I have is these are claimed to come with the preload set from the factory.. All my adjustments were completely loose and all over the place, but getting them back wasn't so difficult while not installed.I don't understand the other reviewers complaints about a hard ride. These are coilovers, that's kinda the whole point; they're going to be much stiffer than oem struts considering they are intended for use in motorsports. There is no nose down, even on softest settings, when braking. Body roll is gone, and you feel everything.

These things are beyond garbage!! No matter how to adjust these soft or hard the rebound rate is so bad. Even the slightest bump feels like a huge pot hole on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway!! Literally the front end feels like the wheels drop going over the slightest crack in the road. The entire countryman shudders and creaks. They are awful!! DO NOT BUY! I’m buying Bilsteins and lowered springs at this point because this is undriveable. I’ve taken it to two mechanics since installing them to have them adjust these shocks the rebound rate etc.. anything to make them driveable. The fact is their just cheaply made so the internals of the shocks are just garbage so they ride like trash!
